Last week, our “No Shave” Initiative finally came to a close. Over the course of 90 days, the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office raised close to $7,000 for local charities and non-profits. On Friday, Sheriff James F. Potter presented the Louis and Gloria Flanzer Boys and Girls Club with a check for $1300, the amount our “No Shave” initiative raised in January for their Club.
We are glad to be able to give back to such a deserving organization.
