The DeSoto County Jail recently had the detainee visitation provider, Homewav,  install more Homewav Video Visitation monitors. This was to provide more connectivity between the detainee and their Family/Friends. With this increase, the visitation schedule has changed. Now Families/Friends are not limited to certain days of the weeks to visit their loved ones. Instead they can come any day, Monday through Friday, from 7:45 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. to visit in the Visitation center. Off-site visits, through Homewav website or app, is still Monday through Saturday from 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
